Why is the device not recording the full event?
The reason you may not be seeing the full event in your Rhombus camera footage is usually related to the camera’s recording and upload settings. Rhombus cameras often upload only the portions of video where motion or AI events are detected, which can result in shorter clips rather than a full continuous recording. Network connectivity or upload policies may also affect what is sent to cloud storage.
