A cleaner, more consistent layout for easier navigation and quick visual scanning.

  • More intuitive layout of case details and actions


๐Ÿ” 2. Advanced Filtering and Sorting

What you can do now:

  • Filter by Date Shared or Incident Date
  • Combine filters for more targeted results
  • Sort incidents by newest or oldest first


โ–ถ๏ธ 3. Watch Videos Directly in the App

No more switching to Rhombus. All video clips related to the incident are now viewable directly within the Panoptyc platform.


๐Ÿ“ค 4. Share Reports Easily

New options:

    • Share with specific users โ€“ manually select or add emails.
  • Share with all guest users โ€“ auto-sends to whitelisted users

How to share:

  1. Click the "Share" icon
  2. Choose user(s) or select โ€œShare with all guest usersโ€

You can now merge multiple incident reports that relate to the same event or individual.

Steps:

  1. Select cases to merge
  2. Click โ€œMergeโ€ from actions

To reduce confusion and improve tracking, both Case ID and Incident ID are now clearly displayed at the top of the Details page for each Case and Incident
