      Not a Theft Button

      Summary

      The Not a Theft Button can be used to mark incidents as “Not a Theft”. Incidents marked “Not a Theft” will be re-reviewed by the Panoptyc team.

      Feel free to use this to hide any incident (including duplicate incidents) from your Suspicious Incident Report.

      Feature

      1. Go to the Theft Report Page
        1. Select any location (e.g. Test Market 1)
      2. Press the Select Button

      1. Select the instance that you need to mark as “Not a Theft”

      1. Press the “Not a Theft” button
      2. Select Confirm,

       
      a notification will show that the incident was successfully hidden
