Not a Theft Button

The Not a Theft button allows you to mark an incident as Not a Theft when you believe it does not represent an actual theft event.

Once an incident is marked as Not a Theft, it will be sent back to the Panoptyc team for review. The incident will also be removed from your Suspicious Incidents Report, helping keep your report accurate and organized.

You can also use this feature to hide duplicate incidents.

How to Mark an Incident as Not a Theft

  1. Navigate to the Suspicious Incidents Report page.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the incident you would like to mark as Not a Theft.
  3. Click the Not a Theft button.
  4. Select Yes, Mark to proceed.

After confirmation, a notification will appear indicating that the incident has been successfully hidden and submitted for review by the Panoptyc team.
