On your Customer Portal, you can check what locations have active subscriptions and their plan. 

 

 

PLAN TYPES

Diamond 

  • Analysis of suspicious kiosk behavior AND when users exit the market without paying.
  • Get theft reports every week 
  • The investigation team spends 2x more time reviewing theft per location. 

Gold 

  • Exclusively analyses suspicious kiosk behavior.
  • Get theft reports every week

Silver 

  • Exclusively analyses suspicious kiosk behavior.
  • Get theft reports twice a month (bi-weekly) 

Bronze

  • Exclusively analyses suspicious kiosk behavior.
  • Get a theft report once a month
