Preset Configurations for Installer Dashboard

Introduced a dropdown-based configuration filter for predefined dashboard views.

Add Button for Customers to Archive Locations

Allow users to archive locations from the Installer Dashboard, specifically from the location edit view, with kiosk and camera disconnection handled in a single step.

As discussed, this option will be removed post-MDM integration; this is just an available option in the meantime for anyone who wants to do some cleanup within the app.

Updating Camera Names from Installer Dashboard
- Our team enabled the ability to change camera names in Rhombus when cameras are connected to or disconnected from a Panoptyc location using the Installer Dashboard.
Add ability to run Rhombus sync job for single camera
- We were made aware of the request for the ability to sync a single Rhombus camera using the Rhombus sync job. Currently it syncs all cameras. This single-camera sync capability prevents installers from waiting up to 4 hours until the next sync run to see newly installed cameras.
Incident Submission Form
New Incident Form For Self Service Users
- Self Service Users
- Enable self-service users to submit their own thefts to the theft report via a dedicated form.
- This will be a standalone view for logged-in users.
- Why? Currently, self-service users cannot submit incidents through the platform.
Guest Dashboard
- Guest users will have 1 platform (similar to the case tracking portal, but with less features) where they can manage both old and new cases sent to them.
- Have not yet rolled out because there are minor improvements that need to be added.
Guest Authenticates Into Dashboard Via OTP
- Guest Dashboard requires a passwordless authentication method to allow guest users to access their dashboard securely.
Guest Dashboard UI Improvements
- Update the "Viewed" stat card to count cases marked with the status viewed by client.
- Change label from “Viewed by Client” to “Viewed” but still retaining the underlying system status as viewed by client.
Report Portal
Ensure Report Portal Logs Access Considering Key User Interactions
Previously, only accessing the details page of an incident is logged as an access. This fix ensures that additional interactions (video modal, comments) are also captured.
- Access log previously only triggered on details page view.
- Report Portal will now also log access when a user clicks on the video modal or comments in the incident report.
Case Tracking Portal
Share Button Redesign
- Added split-button UI:
- Share to All Guest Users – auto-sends to whitelisted users.
- Share to Specific Users – manually select or add emails.
- Confirmation and success banners included.
Show Whitelisted Emails When Sharing Cases and Reports
- Display all Guest Users for the selected location when sharing
- Whitelisted emails for location appear without typing anything
Add Instance Count Filtering in Case Tracking Portal
- Enable filtering of cases in the Case Tracking Portal based on the number of instances (incidents).

Market Snapshot Dashboard
- A platform that shows the daily market snapshot and refreshes every 8:00AM local time.
- This dashboard should enable users to know which markets are healthy, needs attention, and unhealthy based on the snapshots provided. It is the predecessor for the Market Health Score that will be a part of future versions of this feature.
- You can select multiple locations under a single branch and you have the option to export multiple snapshots by selecting the export option in the top right corner.
