Theft Report Access Request Interface

Feature Overview

  • You can send report links to non-whitelisted users and they can request access to view them on their end. This request can be approved by branch-level operators.
  • Why this matters:  Branch Operators do not have to add whitelisted users prior to sharing their reports - they will have more flexibility in how they share the reports to their respective Clients, speeding up workflows and reducing confusion.

How it works

  1. Branch Operators can forward reports as they normally do to their new Client.
  2. If the Client has not already been whitelisted as a “Guest”, they will see the page below giving them the option to request access

  3. The Branch Operator will receive an email, like below, that will let them know the email of the individual requesting access and provide a button to “Add the User in Panoptyc Access Management”.

4. If the user is granted access, they will be whitelisted for that location and can access reports moving forward.
