Setting Up Panoptyc on Yoke Portal

Here are the steps for creating a new user on Yoke Portal:

 

Create a New Role:

1. To create a new role, hover to Setup on the side panel then click on Users.

2. Click the Roles tab and add a new role by filling in the required fields. 

  • Name: Panoptyc
  • Description: Loss Prevention
  • Location Group: (Select from the drop-down provided)

3. Turn on the Sales Reports and Ledger to give us access to your market reports.

4. Click on Save.

 

Create a New User:

1. To go back to the Users page, click on the back arrow on the upper left side of the screen.

2. Click the Users tab and create a new user by filling in the required fields.

3. Please use the credentials below:

  • First Name: John
  • Last Name: Doe
  • Email: lossprevention@panoptyc.com
  • Role: (Select the new role created)
  • Password: (Create the password) 

 4. Click on Save.
