# Nayax Nova Market Report Access Guide

Users listed under the Administration tab are company personnel who have been granted access to the platform based on their assigned roles and permissions.

To grant a new user access to Nayax Nova, you must first create a role with the appropriate permissions, then add the user and assign that role.

**How to Create and Set Permissions for Users**

Log in to your [**Nayax Core**](https://my.nayax.com/core/LoginPage.aspx?sso=nayax) account.

From the **Retail Core Management Suite** dashboard, click the **Administration** tab in the left-hand menu.

From the dropdown menu, select **User**.

Another dropdown menu will appear. Click **Users**.

Click the **+ (Plus)** icon in the upper-right corner to create a new user.

Fill in the required fields using the following information:

**Username**: \<use the exact unique email address provided in our email\>

**First Name**: Loss

**Last Name**: Prevention

**Phone/Mobile Number**: (313) 425-5765

After entering Panoptyc's information, click the **Roles** tab to open the additional window.

Click the **pencil icon** on the right side of the screen to select a role.

Select the checkbox next to the **Administrator** role to assign it to the user.

Click **Confirm** to save your selection.

Click the **Permissions** tab to open the additional window.

Click on each relevant permission category to view the available options.

Select the appropriate checkboxes to grant the permissions needed for Panoptyc to access and review your sold and cancelled transaction reports.

Click the **Stores** tab to open the additional window.

Click the **pencil icon** on the right side of the screen to select stores.

Select the checkboxes next to the stores you would like Panoptyc to monitor.

Click **Confirm** to save your selections.

Click **Create**.

Click **Save** to complete the setup.
