Managing Suspicious Incident Report Permissions

Do you share your Suspicious Incident Report Links?

Starting September 8, 2023, accessing a suspicious incident reports will require authentication via email. If you intend to share report links, you must whitelist the users with whom you will share a link to. Whitelisting users will allow them to view reports through the link.

 

💡 Whitelisted users will not receive Theft Reports directly from Panoptyc.

 

Steps for Whitelisting

  1. Log into the Customer Portal at app.panoptyc.com

  2. Click on the Edit button under Manage Access for each location

  3. Whitelist users through the popup:

    Individual users can be given access by typing in their email address and clicking on Add User
