Discussion Threads allow branch users to communicate and collaborate directly within an incident. By keeping comments, observations, and investigation notes attached to the incident itself, teams can maintain important context and reduce the need to search through emails, chat messages, or external documents.
Accessing Discussion Threads
Discussion Threads are available from the Incident Details page.
To access a Discussion Thread:
- Open an incident.

- Navigate to the Incident Details page.

- Locate the Discussion Threads section.

- Review existing comments or add a new comment.

Adding a Comment
To add a comment:
- Open the incident you would like to review.

- Navigate to the Discussion Threads section.

- Enter your comment in the text field provided.

- Click Post Comment.

Your comment will be added to the discussion history for that incident and will be visible to other authorized users with access to the incident.
