      Bandwidth Requirements

      The bandwidth used when live streaming a camera depends on the amount of motion and type of camera.

      • R1 HD WAN Live Streaming Bandwidth: 320Kbps - 720Kbps
      • R100 HD WAN Live Streaming Bandwidth: 530Kbps - 720Kbps
      • R2 HD WAN Live Streaming Bandwidth: 530Kbps - 720Kbps
      • R120 HD WAN Live Streaming Bandwidth: 530Kbps - 720Kbps
      • R200 HD WAN Live Streaming Bandwidth: 530Kbps - 720Kbps
      • R360 HD WAN Live Streaming Bandwidth: 480Kbps - 1440Kbps
      • R400 HD WAN Live Streaming Bandwidth: 530Kbps - 1440Kbps
      • R500 HD WAN Live Streaming Bandwidth: 530Kbps - 1440Kbps

      For OptConnect users:

      1. Ensure the OptConnect has sufficient data (minimum 10GB per 2 Rhombus cameras).
      2. Conduct a speed test on the OptConnect; a speed between 10-100 Mbps is a good sign for speed.
