1. One Email, Direct Access to All Suspicious Incidents
- You’ll now receive just one email per week with a link that takes you straight to the Report Portal —no more separate emails per location.
- From there, you can view and manage all recent incidents in one place.
- Need to share reports with your clients? Use the Share button within the All Suspicious Incidents report or via the Case Tracking Portal (Case Reports).
2. Revamped Access Management
- New Location User Tab: Easily differentiate between branch and location users.
- "Add" Buttons for Permissions: Assign branch and location permissions directly with clear, actionable controls.
- Enhanced logic ensures permissions are validated based on branch-domain compatibility.
3. Guest User Access Notifications
- Guest users now receive a confirmation email when access is granted to incident reports.
- This helps reduce confusion and enhances their onboarding experience.
4. Detailed Access Logs in Report Portal
- Access logs now mirror the Case Tracking Portal—tracking not just link clicks but individual case views, video interactions, and comment activity.
- This provides you with a more complete picture of user engagement.
5. New Billing Tab
- A cleaner interface to view your plan and invoice history.
- Seamless access to Stripe for managing billing actions directly.
6. User Management Simplification
- To ensure permissions are set properly, welcome emails with password setup links are now sent with a 1-minute delay after user creation.
7. Installer Dashboard Improvements
- Transaction Previews Enhanced: Now includes timestamps and both sold/canceled data—making it easier to verify installation and transaction history.
